Network Engineer / IT Support
£25,000 to £27,000

This large blue chip company require an experienced IT Support engineer with the following experience:

Ideally, MCP or equivalent training within Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2008 Server, Windows XP Professional & Office 2003/2007 environments.
An understanding and appreciation of the main computer networking concepts.
The ability to assimilate information quickly.
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written to all levels.
A firm and proven understanding of SQL Server 2005, Microsoft Exchange 2003
Perform problem diagnoses and resolution using structured techniques, demonstrating the ability to analyse and diagnose situations logically, accurately and quickly.
Able to work on own initiative and to effectively prioritise outstanding calls.
The ability to plan/corroborate in the planning of future projects, highlighting potential risk factors and costs.
