MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Producing field folders in good time for installation start dates.
• Production of clients standard Operation & Maintenance manuals and \'as built\' drawings
• Co-ordination of bespoke manuals from outside suppliers.
• Daily checking of all electronic drawing systems from customers
- Downloading required drawings and comments from systems
- Uploading original and revised drawing output from Drawing Office on to client\'s systems
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
• Graduate calibre
• Previous administration experience supporting a team of individuals.
• Ability to prioritise work and working effectively in order to meet deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong PC skills. Knowledge of SAP advantageous, as would a familiarity with Drawing Office/CAD systems and Autocad.
