Job Description

We are targeting the Far Eastern market as one of our major growth markets in 2010 and we are looking for sales driven and dynamic individuals join us as Recruitment Consultants. Initially, based in London with regular travel to Hong Kong and Singapore you will have the following key areas of responsibility:

  • To provide clients in Hong Kong and Singapore with IT & Finance Recruitment solutions.
  • Generation of new business via cold-calling and presentations to clients
  • To match candidates to clients\' job requirements, ensuring that the candidate is technically qualified for the role
  • To develop and maintain relationships with both new and established clients
  • Negotiation of charge rates with clients
  • Negotiation of pay rates with candidates

Suitable candidates must have:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in any Recruitment discipline.
  • Due to the international nature of the position language skills are advantageous.
  • A genuine interest in broadening their horizons and working the Far Eastern market.
  • Experience in successfully winning new business and developing relationships with new and established clients on an international basis.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-starter.
  • Ability and experience of working in a results driven environment.
