OUTSTANDING NURSERY MANAGER – Kingston

This is a nursery Managers post for a lovely but busy nursery based in this area. If you are are a nursery manager looking for career development with a great company and an opportunity to develop a large Nursery, have lots of ideas and wish to work in an environment which prides itself on good practises and providing a great working environment for its staff – then this could be the post for you!

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR A MANAGER SHOULD INCLUDE:

• €¢ To maintain and promote high standards of care

• €¢ To ensure the nursery is financially successful

• €¢ To effectively lead and motivate the staff team including recruitment and retention

• €¢ To ensure all policies are implemented and adhered to at all times

• €¢ To work in partnership with the parents

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

• €¢ An NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3, or equivalent qualification

• €¢ Knowledge of the EYFS

• €¢ Knowledge of OFSTED standards

• €¢ Excellent communication skills

• €¢ Strong people management skills

• €¢ Financial management experience

All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced CRB Disclosure.
