- Provide 1 st class service to hotel guests
- Development of the reception
- Actively promote sales
- Monitor and control key departmental coasts and controls
- Support and action all relevant employee relationships within the team
- Take responsibility for guest satisfaction
- Promote and maintain professional profile of the Reception Team
- To encourage and develop the team
- To ensure all legal and company standards are met

Salary - £15,000 - £16,000 per annum
Shifts - 7am - 3pm / 3pm - 11pm (Will be required to stay late on occasion when a function is on)
