Full Description:
• What’s involved:
1. To participate in team rota system – which will entail late working on some Thursdays (up until 8 PM) and some Saturday mornings (9.30 - 12.30).
2. To manage preparation, processing, banking and reconciliation of all inbound payments – whether by post or front of house
3. To provide a courteous, customer focussed and assured level of service to all payment service enquiries from both internal and external customers
4. To be fully accountable for workloads involving money – ensuring that all necessary procedures (as advised by Centre Manager and Team Leaders) are adhered to at all times. This includes the responsibility of reconciling batches/tills at the end of each working day
5. To take initial responsibility for the handling of all customer complaints and managing them in an effective and satisfactory manner
6. To provide admin assistance for ALL aspects of the teams needs – including post opening, batching of items and banking of monies
7. To ensure that payment machines are emptied within guidelines and agreed timescales between staff and Centre Manager/Team Leaders – and to be responsible for the preparation, processing, reconciliation and banking of these monies
8. To communicate with internal/external teams as appropriate in the correct handling of all unidentified payments
