To provide a Housing Advice service to borough residents with the key aim of preventing homelessness.
To negotiate with landlords and render practical assistance in making necessary arrangements for households to remain in their accommodation.
To give advice and assistance to residents to make effective and informed choices about accommodation options.
To support and compliment the work of the Assessment, Direct Lets and Resettlement teams in Housing Needs.
