They have a portfolio of high-end properties popular with young professionals and families.
They have grown substantially in size over the past three years: last year they collected over £20m on behalf of their landlords and now have more than one thousand properties on their books. They believe in promoting their highest achieving employees and rely more on intelligence, commitment and aptitude than experience.
They also look after their staff well: all members of staff are invited to join them for company sponsored drinks every month and they run an all expenses paid long weekend to a European destination every Autumn (last year they went to Paris and Sardinia before that), as well as several other incentive evenings throughout the year.
