Assist with tree inspections related to insurance claims for alleged tree root damage/subsidence to properties.
Diagnose tree pests and diseases and other tree problems, prepare inspection reports and make recommendations for remedial treatment/works.
To undertake Insurance reports in accordance with the LTOA’s Joint Mitigation Protocol.
To Value trees using the Capital Asset Valuation for Amenity Trees (CAVAT)
To undertake Insurance inspections in accordance with the LTOA’s Risk Limitation Strategy.
