£18-20 K plus c£2k bonus - excellent benefits

This global brand require an experienced customer service/order processor to join their expanding team. You will be responsible for processing orders in accordance with client requirements, handle any queries, resolve any problems and escalate if necessary. To support the sales team by supplying accurate and timely information.

Responsibilities include:

Order Processing:
Receive, process and expedite orders in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensure that customers are aware of order status at all times.
Co-ordinate delivery for all orders.
Driving through of customer’s order requirements
Returns processing & administration:
Validate and process all invoice and price queries

SAP knowledge would be a distinct advantage.
